Job description
- You will manage your client portfolio from start to finish.
- You will be responsible for preparing and following up on quotations. To this end, you will liaise with your team and provide commercial support to our external sales team.
- You will be responsible for ensuring timely internal follow-up, order processing and our after-sales service.
- You will build long-term relationships and identify opportunities.
- You will answer queries, provide support and offer information on products and technical applications.
- In the event of complaints, you will act as the central point of contact for your client to find solutions.
- You will work closely with your colleagues in production, transport and production planning.
- You will process orders in the ERP system.
- You will be our approachable commercial point of contact for clients, suppliers and your colleagues alike.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree and have similar initial work experience in a technical sales role.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French and can get by in German.
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and are able to work proactively, in an organised manner and independently.
- You are communicative, creative and solution-oriented.
- You have a good knowledge of standard software packages as well as experience with Office 365
